“Walking Off Your Favorite Foods: Making Room for Dessert”

Charlie loved dessert, especially chocolate cake, but he always worried about eating too much. One day, his aunt gave him a simple trick. “Charlie, if you want to enjoy dessert and still feel good, try taking a walk after you eat,” she said. Charlie was curious. His aunt explained that walking helped his body use energy and balance out what he ate. “You don’t have to run, just a nice walk,” she said. Charlie decided to try it. After enjoying a slice of cake, he walked around the park with his dog. To his surprise, he felt even better than before! The walk helped him digest and gave him time to enjoy the moment. From then on, Charlie learned that he could eat his favorite foods and still stay balanced. A short walk made room for dessert without making him feel guilty. Charlie felt happy and free, knowing that he could enjoy treats without worrying, all thanks to a simple walk.
