Tracking Progress with Rep Consistency

Mia had been lifting weights for a few months, but she wasn’t sure if she was getting stronger. Every workout felt different, and sometimes she felt confused. “How can I track my progress if it’s hard to tell?” Mia wondered. Her coach noticed and said, “Mia, one of the best ways to track progress is by keeping track of your reps.” The coach explained that when you keep a consistent number of reps every time you lift, it helps you see if you’re getting stronger. Mia decided to write down how many reps she did each week. She focused on doing the same amount of reps every time. After a few weeks, she noticed something amazing! She could lift more weight with the same number of reps. Mia felt proud because the numbers showed she was getting stronger! She learned that tracking her reps was like marking her journey, and it made her feel happy every time she reached a new goal. Mia realized that consistency and tracking were the keys to seeing real progress!
