Sophie had always pushed herself hard during workouts. After a tough training session, she would feel sore and tired. One day, her coach noticed Sophie’s exhaustion and said, “Sophie, recovery is just as important as training. Stretching after workouts helps too, as it can reduce soreness and improve flexibility.” Sophie decided to follow the coach’s advice. She ate healthy meals, drank lots of water, and made sure to sleep well after her workouts. The next day, she felt better than before! Sophie realized that recovery wasn’t just about taking it easy—it was about taking care of her body in the right way. She felt stronger and more energized, ready to tackle her next workout!
